Just make a .rar archive and set a volume size in the "Split to volume, bytes" field. Check out the help files for more specifics. You can do things like say 1.38 mB, and it will create them in 1.38 mB chunks. Or, you can put 1.38 m, and it will make them in 1.38 million byte chunks (which is NOT the same as 1.38 mB; kB = 1024 B).
You have to have all parts when you extract later, but that should not be a problem.

It is the same as one big archive file, but just in several smaller parts.
