 Indeed. A facility with the settings from this very thread will activate the cloak button and it will hide the planet from view to another human player. I tested it before my Last post actually to be sure. Oh, and the name of the planet is also hidden (so you don't have an empty sector with "Centauri Prime" directly under it  ). An enemy ship in the same sector as the cloaked planet will, without sensors, not engage in combat either. Remember, this is with the latest beta.
