I'm playing with the old SE IV (not gold).
I was seeing some bugs so I installed patch7
and now whenever I land on a planet with alien
artifacts _nothing_ happens. They also no longer
show up in the 'special' planet listing.
I've landed on probably 3 or 4 since this happened
and will hit another one next turn.. Is there
any way to fix this?? This is very upsetting
as I'm a tech junkie in the 4X games
This was working before I installed the patch
(at least for the one planet that I recovered
the technology from).
Should I try starting a new game?
