Say, is IIS free, or does it at least come with newer Versions of Windows? Or do you have to buy Visual Studio .NET to get it? I was thinking maybe someone would enjoy some sort of ASP.NET applications/games/whatever- I do a lot of that stuff at work so I might be able to be convinced to spend some of my free time on something SE4-related

(Hey Richard, you said almost anything would do for the upload files... can you handle ASP.NET? It's got some built-in components that make writing an uploader almost TOO easy, provided that you don't want anything like a status bar or such frills... but then the old uploader was rather no-frills, wasn't it? )
