Ok, so, to transition to the new Version, all the players need to send in their turns with the old patch, install the new patch, host installs new patch, then downloads files, runs turn manually on their machine, then uploads files to PBW and voila new patched turn is sent out...?

Savegames are convertable to the new Version. The savegames will work, but as with any time you change data files, a turn will have to be run as host first before the players can open the turn using the new Version.
