And you might need to research several "scanning" and "detection" devices. Several options include: Hunger Scanner (1, 2, and 3), Odor Detection (1, 2, and 3...you have to have Diaper 1 to get this reserach tree), but hardest of all, and taking about 10 years of research is Crying Analysis. CA has 10 levels of research associated with it so it will take a long time.
But, it's a challenging game to attempt. Also, not many reliable FAQs on it.
