From the modes that i played, none have these:

(B) Planet Facility Jammer > When placed built on a planet ,any of players ship/fleets at this planet will not be detected by other AI enemy potencial ships.
(C) Combat senser+ECM in, All in one comp.
(D) Combat senser+Multiple tracking ,All in one comp.
