I've never prohibited email (etc.) outside the game. I've seen them but since it's not enforceable, I've never put such a restriction. So, empire design, movement, etc., can all be done however you wish...even phonecalls

So, considering the words I used against the Last map Tesco supplied, he might hesitate to make a map for me/us (he might also be too busy working on them).
