I haven't seen the turn yet...I just read the news to the game. With the alteration in mineral assignment at the beginning of the game, I retract my statement about being rated in this game. I will NOT be rated in this game now.
Really? That makes a difference? Doesn't it affect everybody equally? Or were you planning on most of the players missing that point and so you'd have a quadrant full of easy pickings or something?
