Default Best way to use ministers?
I am loving this game!!!! Gooooood God!

What is the best way to use ministers to help out with the micromanaging. I'm afraid to turn anything over to them since I fear they may do some stupid things....

What ways do you all use them?

Could the be used to move my population base around? Get it from the heavily populated worlds to the newly colonized worlds? How would I go about that. To me that's the biggest pain so far...
