Sorry, but as much as this would be cool, but we have discussed this before and Ruatha and I agree that it isn't going to happen soon if ever. We agree that it is more convenient to have a sticky thread here on these forums than an external document with html links. Also, there is an older Version of the FAQ that someone converted to html (on Fyron's site I think).
