Thinks himself an evil genious, out to conquer the galaxy.
But first he must build the meanest and largest fleet ever built, before he attacks. And until then he must show off a nice exterior, the noble peaceful diplomat. Negotaiting and keeping peace until he can strike and obliterate all other races in the universe,

But first he needs a few more ships, and perhaps upgrade them, and a few more....
