Hmm... don't believe I have ever heard of combining cheese with apples... what type of cheese and what type of apples? That would seem to be an unpalatable combination to me, unless there is some specific combination...
Oh dude this goes way back. Hell I remember eating cheese and apples with my grandpa when I was but 5 or 6.
