It is a bimonthly, monthly, or whatever meet sort of like a swap meet, but just computer related stuff.
Small stores all over the place (up to 50 miles away around where I live in some cases!) send people with stuff to sell. As for how you would find one... perhaps check your local convention centers to see if they have computer fairs?
