When the games were fairly fresh and new, there were novelizations of both DOOM and XCOM. probably a few others, too.

[joking]In related news, I hear that there are novels with the same titles as the obscure adventure games The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy, Neuromancer, Planetfall, Dragon Riders of Pern, and The Wheel of Time. Probably several more. Surely, it is time for hack novelists to stop ripping off games, or at least release their fan fiction into the public domain[/joking]

Speaking of the Dragon Riders of Pern, there has sure been an upswell in the number of Ann McAfree computer adventure games in the Last few years. a couple of them got really good reviews, but I cant remember their names now.

So, how long till Dogscoff publishes his first novel?
