The Chozo are doomed.
The Space Pirates have finally defeated us.
Perhaps the Hunter can save the other races of this sector.
But the Chozo are no more.
The pirates have pillaged our sacred temples and stripped them of all our icons and relics.
Even the Hall of the Elders is defaced.
There are few of us surviving, with the Pestilence the pirates have released.
Many of our people have turned to corrupted Ghosts.
And then the news comes of the Great Void that will swallow the galaxy.
But wait!
There is a great Sphere foretold of in legend!
A sphere which is so great it swallows the light of the sun!
The Zeta Sphere!
Perhaps we Chozo can find a new home on the Zeta Sphere...
But it is so far away...
And the stars cannot guide us...
