Yes, this was posted before, and exaplained as well. It's not nearly as amazing as it seems when you break it all down.
Basically you are multiplying the first three digits of your phone number by 10,000 (moves it four decimal places to the left) and then adding the Last four digits of your phone number to that.
Miraculous!
All the other stuff is just irrelevant mathematical permutations that cancel each other out to make it seem more complicated then it really is.
