I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but I just crew-insurrected an Earth Alliance DN which had a design type of "attack base". Its components were consistent with an APB/SD dread with all the ship type components supporting. It was just wierd seeing that for the design type.

I was under the impression that AI designers use the type "Attack Base" to make attack ships that specifically will not join fleets.
