Greetings all, this is an update to my AI Tech Queue Modder. This update fixes an algorithm bug reported by Raynor and streamlines a bit.

Now updates research point display when Level is manually changed.

Streamlined some algorithms a bit (eliminated some excess work)

Now correctly handles cases where Tech Queue calls for research levels higher then the Max for a given tech.
