Sirkit - The TDM ModPack and the SoundMod (the two I am involved with) may be posted freely provided you keep them intact. I think we put something to that effect at the bottom of the readme.txt file. Most of the other mods state that in there readme.txt as well so look there and you might not have to get specific permission. Also, be careful as some mods have several contributing authors.
