If you pay sales tax on something then sell it, why does the buy have to pay sales tax on it again?
You don't. At least you aren't supposed to. Only the Last person to use it is supposed to have to pay tax on it. The exception is for "durable goods", like cars, houses, etc. And those exceptions were written into the laws by the people collecting the taxes. Not sure, but I think there's a connection there.
What exactly is ado, and why do we want no further of it?
