Resource ConVersions worked in the same way pre-1.91.
You could tell this by Converting 100K, and looking at the Orders of the Planet, it would show that you are doing 2 conVersions.
Don't ask me why its programmed in this fashion however.
I would have thought 100K increments would be standard.
