I really have to learn how to make ship sets, there are so many races in my Mod and I can't expect TerranC to do them all. That would not be fair. What is the best software (considering learning curve, etc) that is:
A) Free:
and also
B) Pay for:
finally
C) Just the best hands down (learning curve aside):
