1.5.1 is probably the Version of your mod, not the game itself. Each modder tends to track mod Versions. Anyways, make sure you have patch 4 at the above site. You can upgrade any Version of se4
gold . If you have SE4 Classic (or non-Gold) you cannot upgrade past v1.49 and most of the newer mods will be unavailable to you.
