Do you have MS Word or MS Excel? You could import the tech tree that SE4 exports and sort it alphabetically.
If you want to program some AIs, I would be more than happy to include them in the mod.
Development of the mod has not been stopped. I just froze the Version used by the PBW beta test games. I am still working on the mod, on a Version 0.14.00. However, these new changes will not be used in the PBW games. That is what I meant by them being frozen. There are some teasers in the "official" Adamant thread of what 0.14.00 will include.
