I don't want to step on any toes but if there will be no "cats of SEIV" host, I would consider hosting a "cat" page on the Ratings site. I don't suppose it would have to be limited to "rated" cats ( ). But I would set out a format for a submission if people were interested. You know, like picture size, forum name, caption length...stuff like that.
