Atrocities, sometimes I wonder about your view on the world
The USA also develops and builds offensive weapons, hey, even us in Sweden develop and builds our own fighter and attack jetplanes, it doesn't mean we're going to break our almost 200 years long period of peace and go out trying to conquer the world.
This is as the world is.
