Oh YEAH!!! This is for smarter AIs, presumably, but I can see how it might also apply to order queueing. Anyone got any idea what this might refer to, specifically?
Hopefully that would mean we could create Scenarios:
Turn 50: Gift the Borg 20 Warcubes
