I'm provisionaly using the name 'Sethulkra' from the default empire names file, but you may change it to match the racial descriptions.

Fyron seems to approve the name Sethulkra for the race. What about empire type, emperor name, design names and racial descriptions.

Maybe it's because I've been reading NJO books recently but when I think of a dark, nasty race that uses organic techs I can only think of something too similar the Yuuzhan Vong.
