Are you sure you downloaded the full Version, and not just the 1.72 patch??
Oh,yes. I did just added the patch. Still having the same problems  .
Go to www.astmod.com/startrek/stm.htm and refresh. Find the MIRROR site for the Components Facilities and down load it. That will fix your missing images.
Also the latest patch as only the Components not the facilities images.
The Full Version has them both.
IF you are still having problems after you download one of the above, then I don't know what to say.
