The two types of facilities are cumulative with each other, so it would be +60%. However, robotoid factories are not cumulative with other robotoid factories, or with mineral scanners / hydroponic farms (or whatever they're called, I never research them
) / radioactive colliders, and likewise for the corresponding system facilities.
