I don't know if this has been reported or not, but I encountered an error while playing SEIV Gold (fully patched). A ship was in the middle of moving when I accidentally hit the Fleet Transfer button. This immediately caused an error message (the typical "Access Violation" message) to pop up and it disabled the button until I restarted the game.
