Med tech start with one planet or 3 planet start on low tech is fine with me either way. You guys call it.

The mod has changed so we could adjust the cost of tech to low cost and start with 3 planets low tech and be ok. I would like to start this game after the 1.7.3 update has been released and uploaded to PBW. This way the benifits of those improvements can be used in this game.

(Lets look to May 3rd as a start date what do you all say?)

While we have some down time, I am curious to know if the Tholians could possibly be involved in this game. If this is possible could I change to them, otherwise I'm cool with roleplaying the Breen. Either way the back woods, shady, mysyterious, isolationist races work for me
