Try Mozilla/Firefox. The integrated cookie manager is very userfriendly to configure and easy to use. Pop-up blocker etc. is integrated also, of course (I think IE is the only browser still not having something like that - but, well, apart from some gazillion security patches there has been no real change or even improvement in the Last years).
