3) Make your race's empire file - 2000 points, rock/oxygen, no racial abilites or techs that are not "human". A little background on your faction would also be helpful (more on that below).

What kind of abilities should we not take when making our empire files? Or rather, what would qualify as being adequate settings? (For example, Temporal Knowledge wouldn't quite qualify as being human, but what about the characteristics?)
