Organic/Crystaline/Temporal Technology, Mechanoids, and Emotionless would probably be out of bounds.

Characteristics I'm less worried about.

EDIT - since this is a basic SEIV setup other than the Balance items, better nix Religous as well. That Talisman would be just too... well...
