Default Trouble with empty sectors
Playing around for a bit, and I have a problem with empty sectors..even with the Mephisto modpack in, there is way to many empty sectors, makes the starting positions very uneven at times, and really screws up the AI..He is simply no challenge at all even with the modpack.

Hope somebody have a clue on this
