Look around your home. I'm sure you will find loads of other junk that you never use. Video games are not the only type of consumer goods that we buy and then don't use.
Unfortunately, advertising works. We see the RONCO infomercial and if it has any relation to our own life we buy the &$^&#@$^ pLastic do-hickey they are selling.
