I did a search on '3DBT2W9X' and found a couple of links that suggest this is the driver for the Creative Labs 3DBLaster. So, I'm guessing the GPF was caused by a problem with the video driver. This URL documents the same exact problem encountered when running Microsoft Works:
http://support.microsoft.com/support.../Q246/0/62.ASP
The bottom of the article says:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the video adapter installed in your computer is based on the NVidia Riva TNT chip set.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, download and install the latest video driver for your video adapter from the following NVidia Web site:
http://www.nvidia.com/Products.nsf/h...e_drivers.html
Hope this helps you.
