You need the planetpack.
http://imagemodserver.mine.nu/other/MM/SE4/imagemod/
Download and extract to the se4/pictures/planets folder. It will overwrite the planets.bmp, but that's ok.
All the stock images are left unchanged, and it will add about a thousand more planet pictures which are used in mods such as the one you are playing.

The combat pack is an easy additional download at a mere 93kb, and adds a ton of weapon animations.
If you have a fast internet connection, you may also want to grab the other packs available.
The facility and component packs are quite large, but are also required by many mods.

Notes:
- The additional graphics provided in the imagemodpacks aren't used by the stock game, but are called for by many mods.
- You do not need to install the images in each modfolder, just place them in with the stock files once, and all mods will be able to use them.
