You can safely overwrite the TDM_ModPack components.txt with the TampaGamer's SoundMod's components.txt. The files are identical except the SoundMod's components.txt changes the names of the sounds associated with weapons and such. (The TDM_ModPack's components.txt is identical to the components.txt that comes with the game since TDM doesn't add any new components to the game.)
