Umm....I could be mistaken, but what I thought he meant was no one was making new mods and shipsets for PRE-GOLD SEIV, or even many people playing it anymore. Almost everyone has gone to Gold, so the old mods for pre-gold aren't converted. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that was the impression I got from his comment.
