just make sure all events are arranged in correct order - from low to catastrophic. If not, edit the file. The intermixing of events reset events severety. For example, if you have "low" event at te bottom, all "high" events above will be treated as "low" by SEIV !
Sort of bug but more like feature as long as you aware.
