Kerensky, go to
www.pbw.cc and register. Then, go to the Currently Open Games section and find the game in the list. Click on it's link. There will be a Join Game button (lightning bolt in the graphics mode). Then, the host (me) will approve you to be in the game.
PBW works by waiting until either all .plr files are uploaded or the time limit for the turn runs out. Then, it process the turn and emails it out to all players (you can disable the mailing if you want). You play the turn, upload your .plr file, and wait for the next one.

Hosting takes very little time once the game is started. PBW does everything for you.
