MOD: Question on planet condition change plant
Is it possible to use a negative value for the ability:
Ability 1 Type := Planet - Change Conditions
Ability 1 Descr := The condition of the planet is getting worse with time (1%).
Ability 1 Val 1 := -1
Ability 1 Val 2 := 0
It seems not, but I would be glad if someone could tell me we can...
