Actually... if you are installing FQM Deluxe, you can safely just use the FQM Deluxe data files. All formations in TDM are in FQM Deluxe. No data files from the TDM folder are needed. The help file was written before Ultimate Strategies Mod was incorporated into FQM Deluxe.
To combine TDM with FQM Deluxe:
Install FQM Deluxe. Rename the folder "TDM-FQM Deluxe" or something like that. Copy the Pictures folder (the folder itself, not a selection of its contents) from your TDM install into the "TDM-FQM Deluxe" folder. Select YES to overwrite. Now, you are done. Simple, huh?
