Nothing strange there, it sounds like viagra,.. one of it's effects is to make your 'tool' grow 'stiff' which if I remember correctly will basically add 3" to it's length. (from limp to stiff = +3")
So it's probably one of the 'spinn-off' viagra-like pills.
