The only empire that has used your empire as a highway recently is in fact the Tesco in skirting our frontline defenses and attacking our rear using the cross galactic warp point in your space. That is the warp point Slynky requested you close. Instead you closed an artery of import to the Slynky, opened another to our space, and have moved fleets to our border in two places. Our border which to this point has been free of conflict and is in no danger. As I said, the picture this paints is a troubling one.
