I guess thank goodness for small favors, at least it won't be Data in another time-warp story. I could see them discovering the severed head of Data in that cave near San Fransico, having him for an epsiode or two, and then putting him back where they found him so Starfleet archeologists could discover him once again in the 24th century.

Bill Shatner has also signed on to do a guest star cameo as James T. Kirks father, the inventor of the Photon Torpedo. Of course this is all rumor.
