I do always like a theme. Some of the names files that come with the game are pretty good. I had a Dragonball Z file, but need to recreate it. I want Goku, Vegeta and Super Saiyan class warships...and a Yajirobe that avoids any fight it can't absolutely win! Another time I used wrestler names and nicknames.
My favorite has to be cheese names, but mostly when using an organic race from a gas-methane homeworld.
